Flora and Fauna

The area around Studio Préniac is renowned for a large variety of flora & fauna. 

In May and June there is an abundance of wild orchids, of which there are some 35 different varieties in and around the locality, creating a wonderful carpet of colour.

Located in a very agricultural area, the summer sees the area awash with beautiful sunflowers as well as an abundance of vineyards. 

The wildlife is just as abundant and impressive with Deer, Wild Boar, Tree Frogs, European Lizards, Butterflies, numerous birds of prey and the wonderful Hoopoe, with their famous call, which migrate from Africa each year.
